Talent Acquisition Manager h/f

Main Job Objective
Reporting to the HR Director and Managing 2 persons, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to define and implement an efficient sourcing strategy to address business needs and nurture the internal talent pipeline. From processes and tools definition to talent identification, he works with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to ensure a strong alignment of the recruitment activity on organization needs.
 
Accountabilities:
Talent acquisition
- Understand business needs and work on profile definition
- Define and implement the sourcing strategy
- Evaluate incoming profiles and manage the full identification process both with candidates and internal customers
Sourcing
- Work on external recruitment partners identification and alignment on internal culture and needs
- Define and implement a Campus Management strategy working with the Brand Headquarters and the LVMH Group
- Work with the Headquarters on the development and implementation of a Digital Strategy to enhance the Employer Branding and source directly
- Propose and implement innovative approach to be visible in top target schools
Processes and project
- Challenge and improve existing recruitment processes
- Provide relevant feedbacks to the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure the attractiveness of proposed packages
- Work on transversal projects within and outside of the HR department
 
Qualifications/Professional Capabilities:
Graduated in Business, Human Resources or Psychology, you have a 5+ years of experience in recruitment with strong emphasis on soft skills in a fast-pace, demanding and international environment. You feel comfortable with IT tools (Office, web-based systems and Social networks) and are fluent in English and French. Italian or German would be an asset.

Analytical but intuitive, you are able to identify talents and their match to the environment, evaluating accurately their motivations, project, personality and potential. Fast-learner, business and customer oriented , you perfectly understand your internal stakeholders expectations. You also know how to align your them and external partners on long-term organizational needs while finding pragmatic solutions to manage short term needs when necessary. Entrepreneur, organized and pragmatic, you are also able to work transversally with other team members to evolve processes to maximize their efficiency.
