MISSION STATEMENT
Direct, lead, and coordinate business strategy and financials, including plan development, execution and monitoring to drive A&P effectiveness, increase profitability and build brand equity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Business Monitoring (45%)
>  Support Brand Director to develop strategic plans in order to achieve budget and PMT goals
>  Lead alignment with regions against brand plans and initiatives, KPIs and A&P investment
>  Lead alignment with regions against distribution & pricing strategy
>  On-going partnership with regions on executing, monitoring & providing feedback to key market initiatives and investment strategy
>  Lead Champagne & Portfolio Specialist program for Veuve Clicquot, ensuring effective and timely execution, proper monitoring against clearly defined KPIs and implementation of key learnings
>  On-going monitoring of category dynamics, competitive activity in partnership with Business Intelligence to inform business strategy and create mitigation plans when budget is at risk
>  Conduct brand performance analysis to create fact-based recommendations to increase depletions & profitability
>  Lead all deliverables to ensure effective Budget meetings & QBRs with Maison as well as MBR at MHUSA
Profitability / Financial guardian (25%)
>  Support Brand director in Budget and LE2 financial process
>  Optimize brand profitability by managing size and product mix, market prioritization and pricing
>  Manage and develop detailed and accurate A&P budgets in order to consistently grow the business through proper allocation of funds against brand missions & relevant growth drivers
>  Lead price optimization study, develop and oversee optimum pricing strategy with sales force and suppliers to maximize profit and volume growth
Stakeholder Relationships (15%)
>  Partner with Sales (incl. Distributor & Retail partners), Finance & IT, Legal, & HR to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans
>  Lead forecasting and operations management to avoid OOS and maximize profitability
>  Ensure Maison guidelines are executed (i.e. pricing, A&P strat map, etc) to achieve depletions and profit goals
Leadership (15%)
>  Serve as brand steward with regions and act as main liaison with BDMs and Sales VPs

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education : Marketing or Business Degree preferred
Languages : English, working knowledge of French a plus
Professional experience & know how :
5-7 years brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or luxury environment. Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three
- tier system is a plus.
Strong leadership and communications skills.
Experience working in partnership with Sales required.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and must be able to adapt to various work styles.
