Main Purpose:
- Support the UK Marketing team to deliver effective and innovative brand campaigns for TAG Heuer UK and own the implementation of event marketing strategy
- Manage, control and monitor brand operational execution with excellence
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Project Manager: lead on all TAG Heuer UK events and sponsorships specifically Goodwood Festival of Speed and London Marathon, including generating marketing activation ideas, brand visibility, digital amplification and overall event delivery and partnership management.
- Training Management: key lead on UK training initiatives for all retail and trade POS's, working hand in hand with UK Sales team.
- Budget control: Responsibility for tracking all A&P spend, monthly phasing and annual budget delivery
- Support the creation of the annual brand business plan, determining brand objectives and full breakdown of activities
- ??Digital First': devise innovative digital campaigns working with HQ counterparts to amplify UK programmes across online channels
- Co-ordinate the support and efforts of agencies, clients, suppliers and the sales team in the application of the marketing plan.
- Media strategy and planning including creation of local advertising visuals with in-house Creative Manager
- Deliver PR strategy with external PR consultant
- Continually monitor performance/effectiveness of the brand in terms of sales, advertising, PR and trade marketing
- Support development of Marketing Intern
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Skills and Abilities:
Essential
- Significant experience in brand manager role
- Strong experience in events management and sponsorship
- Creative and able to produce innovative strategic ideas
- Luxury understanding
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills
- Able to work flexibly, manage multiple fast paced projects and work effectively within a team
- Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation
- Advanced knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
- Self motivated, able to effectively prioritise and plan workload to strict deadlines
- Commercial awareness
Desirable
- Senior brand management experience preferably within luxury goods industry
- CIM/Business masters degree or equivalent qualification
