Summary:                                                                                                                                          
The Sales & Operation executive is responsible for all aspects of supporting the field of the business. She will take care of the day to day field operations. She will be the main contact to counter and supporting SM on the operational execution efficiency and consistency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operations: Retail Shop front
- Boutique and Counters
- Coordinate all shop document, reports submission
- Shop, fixture and equipment repair and maintenance
- IT equipment repair and maintenance
- Floor cleaning / Pest control / Air conditioner
- Shop front staff free goods application
- Health and Safety aspect
- Coordinate Security equipment
- CCTV, Alarm, Traffic Count Machine, Keys management
- Music license
- Petty cash / shop invoices
- Print out documents, blank forms to shop
- Shop, Counter VM standard checking
- Sourcing supplier and communication
- Security, Insurance, Fire-extinguisher
- Shop operation expenses control  
- Shop frontline staff support
- Coordinate New Joiner Pack (i.e. uniform, name badge, BE Name Card, NJ pack, Sales code creation)
- Pay slip handling, final payment
- Update documents of staff information and house keepings
- Monitor Annual leave balance
- BA birthday gifts & card for counter staff
- Attendance record checking
- Shop Logistics
- Collaterals delivery and inventory control
- Documents (APS) and financial documents ( Z-read, day end, month end documents)
- Materials, Non sellable items delivery and inventory control
- Stationery replenishment
- Marketing Materials delivery (leaflet, catalog, Re-printed forms, trips, coupon, BE Name Card, booklet)
- Reports and documents
- Coordinate and maintenance all shop rules and procedures
- Set up Standard Operation Procedures
- Prepare memo and operation notes
- Validation Rent/ Management fee/ Shop expenses
- Update shop list and address
- Communication with HR
- Coordinate payroll documents on sales achievement calculation every month
- Update headcount record for headquarter
- Advise HR about new comers and follow up on contracts, work closely with Sales Manager
- Validation Attendance, Roster, Leave application form
- Ad hoc issue by project base
- New shop Opening Preparation Planning
- Event, Road show, Outpost Preparation Planning
- Shop Renovation Support
- Others Shop Operation related issue

Desired profile

Experience required : Beginner
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Retail Operation experience
- Interpersonal skills in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, Excel, PPT, Chinese Typing skill
- Flexibility regarding work hours
- Fresh Graduate and candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Operations Assistant
