Bulgari Corporation of America is looking for a Sales Administrator in our Houston Boutique.  The Sales Administrator covers a multitude of responsibilities within the store environment. He / She is responsible for the oversight of store merchandise and must act responsibly when handling and dispersing merchandise. Additional responsibility includes daily reporting and reconciliation. 
 Accountabilities:
- To prepare product trays for sales and window settings
- To transfer/receive product from Logistics and other stores
- To conduct daily inventory counts
- To assist in maintaining an organized safe / back of house
- To facilitate credit authorization for credit cards and checks
- To reconcile daily sales and processing proper departmental reports
- To interface with accounting regarding entering of sales data and reconciling discrepancies
- To manage petty cash, bank deposits and related reports
- To enter data related to sales and repair information
- To be flexible in assisting other store staff with daily tasks as needed
- To facilitate and coordinate any customer repairs
- Assist the clients in-store and on the phone by taking in and “selling/educating” them about their product needs in regards to maintenance and care of that product. To facilitate and educate the selling team on how to deliver the After Sales Service needs to the client before, during and after the sale is closed
- Manage the repairs to ensure that the timeframe of take in, estimate, and completion are in line with Company directives
- Change watch straps when necessary
- Secure repair service estimates and assist the sales team in communicating these estimates to their clients
- To verify execution of repair requested, and facilitate the sales team with the charges and delivery of the repairs back to the client whether it be via to shipping or personal pick up

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Professional Skills and Requirements:
- Experience working as an Administrator in a similar capacity preferred
- Experience with watch & jewelry maintenance preferred
- Experience in luxury retail environment preferred
- Excellent systems knowledge, specifically: Microsoft word, Excel, SAP, E-Shop/Taxi, Intranet/Internet
- Must possess attention to detail, good organizational skills, and be proactive
- Ability to work in a team driven environment
- Must work retail hours – Weekdays and Weekends
- Foreign language skills a plus
