PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
WORK ALONGSIDE THE HR MANAGERS AND RETAIL TEAM TO DELIVER A WORLD CLASS & EFFICIENT RECRUITMENT SERVICE TO ENSURE THE BRAND ATTRACTS AND SELECTS HIGH CALIBRE CANDIDATES IN THE NECESSARY TIMEFRAME TO SUPPORT ITS COMMERCIAL SUCCESS AND GROWTH STRATEGY
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as key point of contact regarding retail recruitment
Design, develop and ensure the implementation of an effective and industry leading recruitment and selection process for all retail related roles.
Establish and develop quality relationships with the HR and retail teams as well as external partners.
Work alongside the retail team to deliver dynamic and strategic advertising of all roles to ensure the efficient attraction of high calibre candidates.
Manage the candidate talent pipeline to ensure the business has a continuous source of talent.
Effectively communicate with the retail and HR teams to develop a critical path to ensure the fulfilment of vacancies in line with the brand strategy.
Utilise video and telephone interviewing to effectively short list candidates for first interviews and assessment centres.
Plan, facilitate and review assessment centres for all store based roles on a regular basis
Work alongside the line manager to conduct first stage interviews for field based retail roles.
Manage and ensure effective feedback to all candidates.
Ensure the implementation of effective on-boarding for all new starters.
Ensure budgetary compliance through consistent monitoring of all costs related to the recruitment process.
Produce monthly reports to measure the time, cost and quality of each hire.
Ensure the retail team remain up to date on recruitment best practise and have the necessary tools to perform in this area.
Coach hiring managers in selection and interview skills as and when appropriate
Continually explore the market best practice in the recruitment and selection of best in class retail team members.
Keep abreast of relevant legislation to ensure consistent compliance.

Experience required : Minimum 2 years

Good negotiation skills
 
Profile
Strong recruitment experience from a fast paced retail background. Experience of managing multiple recruitment processes including assessment centres. Comfortable working on and fulfilling a high number of vacancies at any one time.
