Shop Fit
> Liaise with design/planning company on the design
> Ensure that the contractors are on time
> Liaise with Department stores and CBO ensuring plans meet company requirements and expectations
> Manage the New Door checklist ensuring that all information is gained, distributed to the relevant Field Based managers and relevant office staff
> Coordinate with Operations and Sales to ensure correct collateral and tester units
> Ensure appropriate light box, POSM in place
> Ensure snagging is completed
> Be present for all store openings to ensure merchandising is right, snagging list done and actions agreed
Existing
> In conjunction with the Marketing Managers, and demonstrating an awareness of the global marketing calendar, plan in store merchandising.
> In conjunction with the Country Managers, prepare the merchandising budget.
> Monitor control expenditure to within approved budget.
> Liaise with the creative team in the US to deliver suitable Merchandising solutions for the Greater China region
> Source, organise, co-ordinate and distribute all props and materials for boutiques liaising with Director Boutiques / Brow Bars and Marketing Manager
> Adapt global merchandising guidelines for the Greater China, keep up dated and send to stores
> Source and manage maintenance programme including light boxes, damaged units, lights etc
> Visit stores and Boutiques on a regular basis to assist, advise and monitor the display and merchandising programme, ensuring company standards are maintained as directed.
> In consultation with the Country Brand General Managers, regularly review all store merchandising programme and plans and adjust.
> During store visits identify and feed back relevant commercial information to Country Managers and Regional GM.
> Meet regularly with Country Managers and Regional GM and attend managers meetings to discuss the creative needs of the business.
> Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
> Maintain a high standard of house keeping.
> Undertake relevant training as provided by the company.
> Ensure compliance with approved company policies/procedures.
> Comply with statutory duties and company policies/procedures for Health and Safety.
> Mange existing store shop fitting programme to ensure fit in new design once counters are authorized and ensure budget reflects this.
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
> Significant experience gained in visual merchandising with a background in design or retail essential.
