MISSION STATEMENT
- Based on the global strategy and International Merchandising Guidelines, to participate to the development, renovation and optimization on counters in APAC and Japan local market and TR for LVMH Fragrance Brands (Givenchy, Kenzo).
- To "guaranty" the Givenchy and Kenzo image through the architecture, optimizing the sale's space taken in consideration of Asian specificities and constraints.
- To work closely with the International Merchandising, local HK Regional APAC and Japan office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Counter construction and renovation:
- Work with Corporate Merchandising Architects team as a partner and manage the counter layout designing and construction/renovation from briefing, drawings, 3D proposals to final implementation in each store.
- Coordinate all the communication flow between HQ, local & regional teams and vendors on new counters and renovation.
- Maximize merchandising effect in the way relevant to each store condition (location, size, traffic, type of customers) and specifications.
- To source, train and monitor contractors in the region who can provide best results (quality, timing and budget) in coordination with the International Purchasing Department.
- Manage the vendors and contractors during the process and implementation, including call for tender with Purchasing Department, technical drawings review, quality control and cost optimization.
- To be proactive with new ideas, needs, orientations based on the discussions with HQ, Regional and local teams.
Counter maintenance:
- Audit yearly all counters APAC Japan LM and TR. Specific counters will have to be audited several times in a year based on objectives defined with manager.
- Propose solutions to optimize the counters (lighting, repairs, fixture change, layout review,...)
- Coordinate with the suppliers on the updates approved in terms on execution, quality and cost.
Events(in-store/others):
- Manage the implementation of SPP / HPP (outpost and in-store events) based on the Central and Regional guidelines, collaborating with Area Managers and Regional & local teams.
- Support Area Managers and Regional & local teams for coordination with suppliers in terms of execution, quality and cost.
- Support the team with specific events such as Tax Free,...
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Over 5 to 6 years of architectural design experience (preferably in high end cosmetics or luxury retail design).
- Complete fluency in Chinese and English. Japanese would be a must and and French would be an added asset.
- Excellent Command of AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Studio Max. Hands on experience with computer illustration.
- Good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and different levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with superiors and peers.
- Lots of creativity, dynamism and initiatives.
- Excellent time, organizational and project management skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel frequently in the region (Japan, China, Korea mainly).
- Enthusiastic and responsible. Willing to learn and take new challenges.
