The voice of Client Development in the Regions with the objective to guide and to support the Region's stores in building loyalty and relationships with clients as measured by an increase in retention, and in managing the growth of the Region's client base through the recruitment of high-potential clients.
In-Store Client Development, Training & Analysis:
- Animate LVA Client Development strategy and objectives for the Region's stores by leading Region's network of Clienteling Champions and by providing them objectives and guidance in line with business strategies
- Embody the Louis Vuitton clienteling mindset. Lead by example and continuously identify and advocate for best clienteling practices at the store level
- Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and Action Plan development
- Build clienteling capabilities by motivating, training and tracking initiatives at the regional and store level
- Perform basic database reporting and analysis to support store clienteling objectives
- Work with Store/Team Managers to identify opportunities to optimize selling for all categories
- Support the execution of the in-store Client Development Induction Training and facilitate the Client Development Fundamentals Training
- Train, coach, develop and support management of store Client Relations Directors/Managers
- Partner with regional management team to prepare client development data and KPIs for the annual budgeting process and other business reviews
- As an integral part of LVA's Client Development community, act as a strategic partner to the Corporate team and to the other Regional Client Development teams.
Private Client Relations:
- Animate LVA Private Client Relations strategy and objectives by leading Region's network of Clienteling Champions and by providing them objectives and guidance in line with business strategies
- Identify and get to know the top and high-potential clients of the Region; ensure they receive experiences and recognition throughout the year; work with stores to nominate the right clients to high-profile international events such as Fashion Shows or High-Jewelry/High Watchmaking events
- Partner with corporate Client Development and regional leadership to plan special experiences internationally and inter-regionally; coordinate logistics for intra-region experiences; provide feedback for all hosted experiences
- Elevate usage of store private salons and hosting capabilities by training and tracking initiatives at the store level
- Ensure stores are engaging new high potentials with thoughtful engagement plans by training and tracking initiatives at the store level
- Identify client acquisition vehicles, such as strategic partnerships with sister brands or other relevant, like-minded companies which introduce affluent and high potential clients to the brand
- Monitor usage of store PCR budgets and Manage the Regional CRM budget with Corporate team
Customer Events:
- Partner with corporate Client Development to develop regional customer event plans and budgets, with a special focus on cross-selling, promoting the Louis Vuitton silhouette, and accelerating the growth of RTW, Watches & Jewelry and other Rare & Exceptional categories
- Oversee the planning and execution of customer events and actions
- Partner with corporate Client Development to define the client targeting strategy for each customer event
- Prepare recaps with quantitative and qualitative results for customer events and actions to share with corporate and Paris Client Development teams
- Partner with the Regional Events Coordinator where applicable
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education:
- BA required; MBA preferred
Special Skills:
- Ability to influence and interact with all levels to meet talent and business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Must have strong computer skills (proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of retail business (preferably high-end luxury goods) and/or event management
- Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
