Mission
To lead all Head Office Recruitment for LVMH P&C UK (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, LVMH Fragrance Brands – Givenchy, Acqua Di Parma and Ole Henriksen); from sourcing through to organisation of interview process and final offer to successful candidate
To build a talent pipeline, both internal and external, for future business needs
To manage all aspects of training and development for LVMH P&C Head Office
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment
Responsible for all Head Office recruitment ensuring we attract and secure top talent in line with the business strategy and values
Define sourcing strategy
Create effective candidate networks and talent pools
Support line managers with best practice recruitment and selection
Track recruitment costs and oversee recruitment budget for all brands
Report and analyse recruitment KPIs
Manage agency relationships as and when appropriate
Work closely with the Compensation&Benefits team to prepare appropriate package offers in line with budget and benchmark
Mobility
Advise employees on their mobility process
Communicate efficiently with UK HR network as well as international LVMH network
Training and development
Manage and build the yearly training and development plan across LVMH P&C UK, based on training needs analysis and MPP process
Manage Head Office training and development budget
Source and manage the relationship with external training providers
Ensure efficient and smooth onboarding process for new hires in Head Office
Conduct career development meetings
Other
Coach and develop the HR Advisor
Support the HRD on other related activities such as the OMR process
Support in ad hoc HR projects
