LVMH Services Visual Image Studio provides creative services to other companies within LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group, the world leader in luxury.  The Studio creates and produces Windows, Façade Animations, Visual Merchandising and Creative content for LVMH brands.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager, who, working closely with the Visual Image Director and Operations Director, is responsible for ensuring the organisational effectiveness of the Visual Image Studio.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- serving as the front-line communications contact [both internally and with external stakeholders] and monitoring the progress of studio projects, ensuring that best practices are followed in all aspects of the Visual Image Studio's operations;
- co-ordinating the services and resources of the Visual Image Studio: This role oversees day-to-day activities of the studio, and includes research and negotiation for suppliers and services;
- responsibility for Communication with senior stakeholders of Louis Vuitton, Dior, 24 Sevres and any other brands within the LVMH group;
- responsibility for regular communication of internal and external project briefs, requirements, timescales and status to Senior Management;
- preparation and review of business and creative presentations to senior business stakeholders;
- working with Operations Director to ensure that internal guidelines for Organizational Development, coaching and team processes development are implemented;
- responsibility for co-ordinating special LVMH projects;
- communicating Pan-Studio / brand view of projects and initiatives across all functions for Visual Image Director and Leadership Team, and ensuring timelines for project flows and resources operate smoothly; and
- co-ordinating recruitment and day to day management of Studio Co-ordinators / Interns / Freelancers as projects require.

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
As : Project Manager, you must have/be:
- able to demonstrate understanding of key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services and brand DNA and guidelines;
- able to demonstrate understanding and experience of Window Display and Visual Merchandising processes;
- able to demonstrate experience working within and a deep understanding of the luxury industry. Including the ability to develop insights and strategic perspectives on opportunities, developing actionable recommendations and creating presentations that articulate findings;
- able to demonstrate experience working within creative teams, and appreciation and understanding of the requirements of the creative process and personalities within;
- able to demonstrate proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful execution of projects;
- top notch quantitative and analytical skills and ability to find structure, logic and insight in complex business problems in order to provide meaningful conclusions;
- able to demonstrate experience of budget development, management and administration;
- a self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influence skills;
- an excellent problem solver with an ability to successful navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;
- ability to network and create strong working relationships across all levels and disciplines both internally and with external stakeholders;
- strong project management capabilities with ability to thrive in a project based, collaborative team environment;
- unquestionable personal code of discretion, diplomacy, ethics, integrity, diversity and trust;
- understanding and appreciation of the creative process;
- fluent in English both written and oral;
- conversational French;
- flexible: available to travel at short notice [up to 30% of working time]; and
- experienced and confident working with: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Indesign, Resource Guru, Symphony, Notilus, Éclair, Concur, Slack.
