Based in our new Flagship store on New Bond Street London and reporting to the VIP Manager, Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Sales
- Establish a portfolio of clients at Elite and VVIC level
- Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally meeting as many clients as possible
- Hold a minimum of four one-to-one client appointments per week
- Ensure a specific action plan is in place for each client
- Handle any situation with customers
- In collaboration with the VIP Manager, build a strategy and identify opportunities to recruit High Potential clients for the House of Dior
Animation/Event
- In collaboration with the VIP Manager, work closely with the Events & Client Development Manager to recognize external & in-store opportunities for events & Private Client Relations activities that will attract established customers and engage new ones
- Identify and send top clients to relevant exceptional experiences, matching the client's interests and developing their loyalty to the brand
- Network at VIP events in order to develop potential clients
- Be, at all times, a brand ambassador for the House of Dior with all points of contact of the business
- be it internally or externally by representing the brand in as many public/store events and activities, in order to promote Dior image, brand, service and products
Knowledge and Procedures
- Display specialist knowledge across every product universe; RTW, Leather Goods, Shoes, Men's, Fine Jewellery and Watches
- Display full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis (CRM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc)
- Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained at all times in the merchandising, client experience and back office activities
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- Prior experience in Retail (Senior Sales/ VIP Specialist) and /or Marketing
- A background in luxury clienteling
- An existing client book
- Experience of working with more than one product category
- Knowledge of a second language (preferred)
