Mission statement for the internship is to get to know the tasks of Brand Management within a luxury brand company and support the marketing team in their everyday tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
Inserting Orders into the PPP Store (POSM & VAPS)
Preparation and Update of POSM Catalogue
Preparation of Production Information sheets and check
Radarly Data Cleaning
Radarly Reportings adaption and check of reporting before send-out
SAP Orders for Sales activations & checks / Handling of Shippings (Facebook Lucky Draw and Sponsorings)
Preparation of PR Reportings
Collecting Information to complete Monthly (pictures etc..) /check on NEI Event-Calendar
Assistance for Sales-Events (e.g. Road for On-trade / multibrand-Bars...)
Preparation of Picture Material and Check of IP Rights for Sales / CPS

Desired profile

Expérience requise : Débutant
Education : University Education (Bachelor degree)

Languages : German, English

Professional experience & know how : It would be nice to have someone that has already mastered some internships within Marketing departments of international companies or advertising agencies

Technical & management skills : MS Office, Basic Knowledge about graphic design and printing

Personal & interpersonal skills : Open-minded, intercultural Skills, Hands-on-mentality, proactive, fast and efficient, Teamplayer
