MARKETING INTERNSHIP
- ONE YEAR
We are offering a one year Internship opportunity for our Marketing Department based in our Dubai office.
The Intern will contribute to the projects and all the tasks will be carried out according to the guidelines provided by the line manager.
Visual Merchandising: Provide support to the Visual Merchandiser by ensuring:
- Monthly Visual Merchandising reports: consolidation of all VM animations from all the boutiques, ensuring the respect of HQ guidelines.
- Display and Props orders: Responsible to support the visual merchandiser in placing the orders for props and displays and follow up of delivery.
- Windows animation: Coordinating with the production agencies for all window animation installations, liaising both with the stores and with the suppliers (ensuring paperwork, timelines and objectives are met)
PR: Provide support to the PR team by
- Responding daily press requests and providing press material, product information to the journalists
- Managing and attending photo shoot (organization of logistics, collecting and dropping off products, etc.)

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
 
- Proficiency in MS Office
- PowerPoint and Excel are essential
- Structured and well organized
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, and flexible
- Strong team spirit
