Purpose of the Role:
Assist the Fragrance Product Manager by carrying out daily tasks and projects implementation of Dior Fragrance activity within given guidelines, timing and budget.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis
Responsible for monthly fragrance sell out reports
In charge of getting qualitative field feedback on new launches
Responsible for gathering, filing and reporting on competitive information (new launches and Xmas)
Expected to go on a minimum of 1 store visit per week in London
Budget management
Raise PO’s and track rigorously budget for all Fragrance activities on a weekly basis
Media
Brief and follow up with the production agency on the approval of press, outdoor and TV formats
Ensure the media budget is rigorously kept up-to-date
Marketing Material
Develop and produce diverse marketing material, in line with the fragrance product manager’s guidelines, timing and budget (POSM / Launch Material / Ad hoc mail out / Newsletters)
Events and animation implementation
Coordinate the implementation of animations both in POS and outside POS (engraving, new events, partnerships, sampling opportunities, sponsorships) in line with product manager’s guidelines, timings and budgets
Trade and field-force
Liaison with French Head Office on daily marketing activities / support
Follow up needs from the field-force Liaison with the commercial and retail departments to create Fragrance briefing and selling tools
Follow up on various trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan Internal and external communication
Create marketing presentations for internal and external actors
Ad hoc projects
Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department

Experience required : Beginner
Essential skills / Education:
Fluent in english
Strong Computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Internet, Database)
Excellent analytical skills
Strong motivation
Able to be proactive and reactive
Strong organisational skills
Creative flair
Passion for luxury cosmetic brands
Experience:
Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or similar
12 months experience in Marketing in luxury goods in retail industry and / or FMCG
