MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
To ensure all SOPs and DC processes are followed, inventory accuracy is 95% or better and IT tools are maximized.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for:
Distribution Center Processes
- Create and distribute daily operating reports
- Act as liaison with Savoye on all conveyor system issues
- Manage all QA procedure updates and ensure compliance
Inventory Management
- Ensure all inventory transactions are processed correctly
- Manage a staff consisting of cycle counters, supervisor and trouble shooters
- Identify root causes for inventory discrepancies and create actions to remedy
- Maintaining inventory accuracy to a level of 95% or better
- Resolve all inventory issues and identify root causes
- Oversee inventory destruction process
- Proper bin slotting (using line balancing and 80/20 rule) of all prime locations for current and new SKUs
- Partner with Planning Department in identifying aged inventory and purging same
- Establishing and maintaining cubing file for all items
- Maintain cycle count program and report results daily/weekly.
- Ensure proper FEFO aging of all receipts
- Maintain a clean, safe, secure and orderly facility using QA guidelines
IT Support
- Work with management team to identify opportunities to improve process flows by utilizing new WM
tools
- Coordinate and manage all WM and AX projects
- Assist with the creation of Queries requested by the management team
- Other projects/duties as needed
