LVMH - Internship: Assistant project manager marketing H/F

The LVMH Client Service Center is a global center of excellence that is redefining luxury client service. We are seeking individuals to join our team who are passionate about luxury and innovation.
In order to deliver this very high level of Customer Experience, we are now looking to recruit a Project Manager Assistant trainee to work in our Client Shared Center (shared between several Maisons of the LVMH Group).
Under the responsibility of the Global Account Manager, the assistant project manager trainee will:
- Be a support to collect client feedbacks and Client voice of the 4 Maisons (to be aware of the figures and to pick up inputs by analyzing each business cases and sharing with the client advisors),
- Design information sheets for continuous training,
- Participate to the Monthly Review and explain variations,
- be in charge of CSC internal development project (template...)

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
You are in Master degree specialized in marketing, you are looking for an internship year-off or end year.
A first experience in marketing would be a plus.
You are fluent in English/French.
Analytical skills, as well as strong sense of initiative
Strong interest for multilingual and multicultural environments
Collaborative mindset and adaptation skills.
