Christian Dior Couture's graduate program is dedicated to groom talents for the Dior Retail Excellence thanks to a progressive career path.
Working close to a manager, the Trainee has to learn the day to day activities of the store and to ensure the highest level of customer service in line with Christian Dior expectations.
After a first step as Sales Advisor to master the core skills of the retail experience, the Trainee will extend his / her role towards retail operations and team management.
This graduate program lasts about 18 months and allows moving up to a managerial role in a store.

You are a newly graduated with a true motivation in working in retail.
You main qualities are :
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse interlocutors
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity
- Energy, flexibility, positive mindset and humility are key qualities to enter this program.
You speak Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
