Business group : Perfumes & Cosmetics
>  Regulatory watch on China Cosmetovigilance related regulation and standards.
>  Ensure the Standard Operational Procedure is updated and respected by all partners, and Contribute in continuous improvement initiatives. Training of all partners involved
>  Perform detailed investigation of likely/very likely adverse effect cases, and to do Causality assessment with medical advisor if needed
>  Notification of cases to China authorities
>  Prepare responses to regulatory authority inquiries and support inspections & audits.
>  Acts as a liaison internally and with external collaborators to develop programs and processes to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
>  Assistant to handle Gestion of crisis for complicated cases
>  Provide training to all partners involved
>  Establish and maintain the contacts and good relationship with cosmetics cosmetovigilance monitoring agencies
>  Precise communicate Cosmetovigilance case with each party.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Profile:
>  Diploma in Pharmacy, Biology or Medicine
>  Based in Shanghai
Technical skills:
>  Medical, clinical or clinical research experience & expertise
>  Experience in reviewing medical/health records and providing analysis of results.
>  Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
>  Knowledge of cosmetic induced reactions
>  Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs
>  Knowledge of Office Software
