OVERALL MISSION
The Concierge Services Ambassador is responsible for representing the Brand and hosting an elevated and consistent Client Experience for every client from entry into our Maison until the end of the visit.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Doorman/Concierge Services:
·Welcome and greet every Client upon entrance and exit of the store, based on Louis Vuitton Standards
·Direct the Client and/or escort to various floors and Universes within the Maison
·Coordinate with the Maison Host on duty to ensure each client is being serviced or designated to a Client Advisor
·Partner and coordinate directly with the Maison Chauffeur on providing services to Clients
·Provide a seamless exit, ensuring an invitation to revisit the Maison
·Escort Clients to car, arrange taxi services; offer umbrella covers when needed
·Partner with Asset Protection in building awareness of the Ground Floor and surrounding store locations
·Provide recommendations and guide clients to local happenings, restaurants, cultural events, points of interest, etc.
·Support all special events based on business needs
·Build relationships with VIC clients

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years

·A minimum of 5+ years experience in Concierge Services, Doorman Services and/or Hospitality Management
·Demonstrated success in a client facing environment
·Strong knowledge of local happenings in the NYC metro, restaurants, cultural events, points of interest, etc
·Dependable, punctual, flexible
·Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
·Self-starter
·Be a team player; pro-active attitude
·Detail-oriented and organized
·Able to prioritize and handle conflicting priorities
·Ability to make decisions without close supervision
·Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
·Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary

Schedule:  Requires evening, weekend and holiday availability; Overtime may be required occasionally
