The C&B Manager will manage matters related to Compensation including: Payroll administration of US, Panama, and Canada payrolls, compensation offer design, market benchmarking, benefits administration and relocation administration.
In close coordination with Headquarters in Paris and in close relationship with the local Finance department, manage all financial aspects related to payroll, costs and Headcounts. Prepare and manage reporting on Salary Mass and Headcounts, complete annual reporting, as well as ensure accuracy of incentive payouts and payroll setup.

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Tasks and Responsibilities:
>  Partner with Functional Leaders and Talent Acquisition to prepare and design compensation proposals
>  Benchmark compensation and benefits against the external market, including completing annual market survey submissions.
>  Manage annual Salary Planning process including: Creating salary sheets, reviewing merit, promotions, and bonus recommendations with Functional Leaders, and managing the payroll processing of salary increases.
>  Manage the monthly commission process, calculating and consolidating commissions for accurate and timely payment of commissions.
>  Calculate and process quarterly retail incentives for accurate and timely payout.
>  Manage Open Enrollment annual process for benefits enrollment.
>  Manage all matters related to short term disability, FMLA, and workers compensation through 3rd party vendors.
>  Prepare monthly and annual accurate reporting and analyze Staff costs/Salary mass and HC vs last Year and Budget.
>  Manage and complete all aspects of annual reporting.
>  Lead projects and reporting related to compensation, insurance, benefits, budgets and headcount.
>  Manage employee onboarding process to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and processed as well as providing new employee orientation around benefit plans.
>  Manage onboarding and terminations with Building Security, Office Management, as well as Accounts Payable (e.g. desk assignments, building cards, IT, corporate AMEX accounts administration)
