MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance
- Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
- Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI given by Department Manager / Store Manager;
- Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products
Client Management
- Create customer's dream and desire to the brand.
- Strengthen customer relations, and groom loyal FENDI customer base and implement appropriate CRM tools
- Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer
Store Operations
- Be able to correctly operate the Retail Pro Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input
- Work as a team in the selling, store operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines (if shop without a backroom stock assistance)
- Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines
- Check the stock level of Best Seller
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
- 5 year's experience in a retail role in fashion / luxury environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- English fluent and fluent in another foreign language is an advantage
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
- Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, approachable and patient

- Strong customer service skills
- Retail management system knowledge
