MISSION STATEMENT
- Lead analysis, understanding and evaluation of the overall performance of MH Europe business, delivering excellent decision support to MH Europe Management
- Ensure quality & timely availability of financial and business information to stakeholders
- Provide a framework for coordinating market's quality of results and management information for decision making
- Business Partner other Functions within MH Europe, providing financial support for business improvement
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Actuals reporting
- Responsible for producing the weekly volume forecast, filtering market comments for distribution to stakeholders
- Monthly report production (Volume and sales reports, variance analysis, KPI's book, Market P&L's, Dashboard)
- Quality and sanity check of market input in the reporting system (Essbase Hyperion "Topaz")
- Responsible for Topaz input for variance analysis (OPE KPI input)
- Ad-hoc analysis of business results, mainly for the Financial Control Director but also for CFO and MD of MH Europe
 Team support
- Support the Region Controlling team on Forecasting, Planning & Analysis, and Actuals analysis
 Forecast
- Develop support files for forecast phases and Risks & Opportunities ; specific focus on consolidation and analysis
- Support forecast analysis on Volumes, Pricing and A&Ps for the Controlling team
- Communication and support to market Controlling teams
 Business intelligence
- Develop Cognos BI reports for the team: by customer and by channel focus
- Sell-out data and market share analysis
- Continuous improvement on systems optimisation
- Running reconciliation files (SAP/Cognos/Topaz) and producing synthesis
- Liaising with Market Controllers to ensure improvements are made
- Support to IS&T Application Manager and Controlling team on Cognos Business Intelligence
- Performance testing / measurement of Cognos BI

Desired profile

Experience required : Beginner
Education
University degree or Business School qualification. Majors in Finance or related subjects an advantage
Languages
Fluent in English. Another European language a bonus
