- Responsible for the marketing of non Hennessy spirit brands (Glenmorangie, Ardbeg and Belvedere) in Russia
- Develops and executes local brand strategies and concepts in line with their global brand strategies
- Steers and develops the respective brands to achieve the targeted sales and profits
- Develop and implement full Brand Plans for Glenmorangie / Ardbeg and Belvedere
- Create 360 plan to accelerate listing, visibility and sales of Glenmorangie
- Seed Ardbeg and Belvedere in relevant HIAs despite scarce budget and manpower
- Provide support to help listing & visibility and increase on-trade distribution in Moscow and the regions as per budget target
- Align & run Budget on a regular basis. Ensures optimal allocation of ATL & BTL expenditures, full budget control
- Lead ??Brand Activation Calendar' & responsible for its excellent execution; by monthly presentation update to Sales, communication & Trade marketing team
- Leadership on driving Event, PR & Brand Image Building Activities: from idea generation (Brief) to launch
- Close participation with ??Communication' department as well as working closely with third party suppliers & agencies
- Work closely with Brand Ambassador; participate in organizing VIC dinners; post evaluation
- Monitor &constant tracking of POSM stock; Optimal allocation, regional split
- Analyse available data (internal sales per channels and regions, ??Nielsen' data basis, customs statistics) to monitor Brand performance and market evolution on a monthly base; Extract key learnings and implications and share them with hierarchy
- Collaborate in developing On Trade, Off Trade & BTB/BTC strategies; full participation & engagement on developing ??key growth drivers' (tools to increase distribution, visibility and sales)
- Work closely with regional sales team to deliver the Brands Core & understand their needs: brand calendar updates, field visits
- ideally once per Quarter
- Regular communication with Maison's on operational matters: best practices, brand activation plan/calendar update
- Good team work on the daily basis

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Higher education
- Marketing diploma
Russia native, English fluent
Initiative and highly self-motivated
