Mission Statement:
- Responsible for the local brand management of the following brands within the Moet Hennessy portfolio: Dom Perignon, Moët & Chandon, Belvedere.
- To develop and implement local market marketing programs, adhering to centrally defined ‘Maison' guidelines and ensuring local brand objectives are achieved for each brand.
- To grow brand awareness, desirability and market-share for these brands in Denmark
- To be an ambassador for these brands at all times.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Develop annual country specific brand plans in accordance with budget and overall brand strategies.
- Define, track and reach local market brand specific KPIs in coordination with Country Manager
- Act as a brand champion, responsible for communication and custodianship of brand strategies internally, and influence the commercial agenda of the brand in line with the brand objectives.
Marketing Programmes / Brand Activations Development & Execution
- Design and project manage compelling brand marketing activations that surprise and delight consumers or customers and resonate scale. Leading external agencies and internal resources to success.
- Evaluate the performance of the brand activations, proposing improvements and changes as a result of their understanding.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered on budget, on time and to a level of excellence in line with brand values
- Jointly develop plans for sales channels, Corporate and Private Sales and key accounts in regards to brand visibility promotional and recruitment activity.
Communication/Events
- Communicate brand strategies to key internal and external stakeholders and ensure strategic alignment
- Maximise use of advertising and promotion budgets (A&P) according to local needs and provide up to date and accurate budget tracking on a monthly basis
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with central ‘Maison' stakeholders
- Regularly spend time in the field with sales team to optimize such activity and evaluate opportunities
- Manage external agencies where applicable for PR, activation and evaluation
- Ownership of brand and category analysis both off and on trade and monitor competitor actions in trade and media.
Other Responsibilities
Fulfil reporting requirements to MH Nordic, MH Europe and Maisons
Forecast requirements for Ltd edition and value added bottles, liaising with Supply chain and sales to ensure timely implementation
Ensure accurate management of any marketing related database and strict compliance with local GDPR policy
Desired profile
Expérience requise : Minimum 5 ans
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferable)
Languages
- Danish native speaker and fluency in English
- Other languages considered a plus. Professional experience & know how
Brand Management experience, minimum 3 years.
- Experience from wines & spirits, FMCG or luxury goods industry
- Experience of managing PR/media agencies
