Drive & Lead MH Champagne/Wine communication plan according to the Brand's DNA& ??Tasting Modules'
Increase Champagne & Wine desirability, visibility & loyalty amongst professionals (sommeliers, Chef's, decision makers/opinion leaders)
Exploit internal training resources via delivering Brand's core & wine quality to engage distributors with MH Champagne & Wine Brands
Conduct annual range tastings/exclusive tastings with most influential sommeliers & wine journalists
Build direct relationship with top wine press & top sommeliers
Share the passion of the Champagne and Wines houses to deliver the ??wine credo' for M&C & DP Brand & tasting modules in combination with brand DNA to the key stakeholders (distributors, sommeliers, chef's)
Build an emotional connection & brand loyalty with the wine opinion leaders & specialists
Clear short term & long term wine communication plan/agenda aligned with Brand Director & Marketing Director
Develop a detailed ??wine communication plan' for each brand Y2013: date, content, goal/objectives, city (PPP)
Conduct good quality trainings for the sommeliers via delivering champagne/wine essence of the each brand (post training evaluation)
Support specific & adapted brand team trainings, tools and communication
Organize, prepare and conduct Master classes, Tasting & Wine dinners for the Target Audience:
- Professionals (sommeliers, restaurant or wine shop owners, wine opinion leaders)
- VIC dinners
- Press & Media events to support the launch (NPD or existing product)
Keep the Maisons' guidelines & segmentation during the ??wine communication' for each brand: tasting modules adapted to 3 different targets that include ??wine gurus', wine specialist & not wine specialist
Drive & Lead the agenda of wine guru's & specialist visit from Maison:
- Agency briefing (content, activation, bar stars briefing)
- On trade briefing: place, guess list alignment, content/program organization
- Marketing & communication briefing (to activate PR, Event part of the launch)
- Participation/ host the events during the visit of professionals from Maison
Collaboration & engagement with Marketing & Communication Departments in various PR & Event activities (when needed): NDP launches; any news re wine communications
Develop KPI's/objectives with clear sets of goals for each 'Master Classes', ??Tasting & VIC' dinners
Provide post evaluation and SWOT analysis for further improvement of each activities related with the Brand Ambassador role
Direct relationship with top wine press & top sommeliers (prepare a list of sommeliers)
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education : High school (marketing)
Russian
- native, English-fluent
2 to 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferable in the wines & spirits sector, FMCG and/or On/Off trade industries
Understanding of Russian alcohol market
Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills, customer focus, ability to develop relationships
