Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the Store Manager's role is to organize and run all the Boutique activities, meeting KPIs and achieving assigned goals.
The role requires someone who can drive profitable performance by motivating the team, developing a strong client base and arranging events.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Brand Ambassador
>  Excite and instill passion and pride for Emilio Pucci
>  Embody our brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of our brand DNA
>  Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour that is representative of the brand
Sales/ Business Monitoring
>  Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
>  Monitor sales performance, analyse results and forecast trends to propose commercial action plans
>  Keep up to date of market trends in the retail industry (specifically UK RTW market), understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
Customer Service, Clientele and PR
>  Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure world class service is delivered at all times
>  Ensure standards for quality of the selling ceremony, customer service, grooming are maintained and consistent with Emilio Pucci requirements.
>  Develop events that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis placed on building local market.
Visual Merchandising
>  Implement and maintain all visual guidelines
>  Maintain store standards that reflect the brand image at all times
Stock and Operations
>  Responsible for stock management
>  Perform all tasks related to daily Boutique's operations (petty cash, bank accounting, opening and closing financial procedures)
>  Ensure maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
Team Management
>  Coaching, training and developing the sales team to ensure KPI and sales targets are achieved
>  Conduct regular meetings with the team and communicate clear objectives to them
>  Work with HR on recruitment, organization of training and general HR issues
>  Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
