A distinctive men's brand within the LVMH portfolio, Berluti seeks a self-starting wholesale intern to support an optimization of the wholesale division's activities with a high respect to the brand image.
The main objective of the wholesale intern is to support the wholesale department through owning projects which offer exposure to all functions within a luxury fashion brand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Wholesale Manager, the wholesale intern will have the following main semester-long internship project objective:
CRM
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Develop understanding for brand's service and product position
- Assist in concept development of store initiatives that increase the client experience level
- Assist in developing initiatives to launch or reactivate the client network for different cities
- Assist in execution of CRM activities
Under the direction of the Wholesale Manager, the wholesale intern will have the following ongoing responsibilities to demonstrate initiative within:
COMMUNICATIONS
- Coordinate sample requests and returns
- Log press activity of accounts (ours & competitors)
- Monitor e-commerce sites for brand image issues
- Develop additional exposure opportunities
SALES CAMPAIGN
- Assist with review seasonal orders to propose additional styles or cancelation alternates
- Assist with order entry and communicating changes
- Assist in booking buying appointments
REPORTING
- Review reports and highlight interesting or irregular findings
- Assist in compiling recaps of store activities
- Communicate with store teams regarding product needs
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Prepare product training documents
- Coordinate store quality issues and assist in product returns and repairs
- Track department expenses against budgets (uniforms, travel, shipping) and review over-spending
- Ship supplies to stores and Paris office on ad-hoc basis
Desired profile
Expérience requise : Débutant
- Current undergraduate student
- junior or senior level
- Fashion Merchandising or Fashion Marketing major a plus
- Excellent presentation
- Microsoft Word, Excel (including v-lookup, pivot tables), PowerPoint, email / Lotus Notes
- Languages : Fluent in English, second language is a plus
