MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
The Associate Project Manager is in charge of coordinating internal resources for the flawless execution of projects (Fresh innovation) and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects (Fresh innovation)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan and timeline to track progress using our timeline tool
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with Fresh internal partners
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2-3 years PMO experience (Health & Beauty industry experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, and analytical with an ability to work autonomously
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Visio
- working knowledge
- Familiarity with a timeline application (Workfront / Microsoft Project)
