MISSION STATEMENT
Work together with the Regional HR Manager, C&B team to support the Company's HR philosophy by ensuring that employees get fair and competitive compensation and benefits for their work with various C&B activities such as reviewing current C&B structure, compensation packages, and developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the C&B policies/ programs in the MHAP regional office as well as in the AP region, and ensure them to be in line with Group C&B objectives and legal compliance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Annual Review (ICR) and variable pays Participate in coordination of processes of compensation programs that support the business strategies of the Compan
- take the lead on preparing and improving compensation tools such as LVMHtalent and excel templates for the annual compensation review and variable pays (CODIR bonus plan, Bonus plan for Exe and Non-executive employees, SIS, UHNWI SIS, LTI etc.);
- provide professional advice in the area of the compensation tools
- responsible for the consolidation, validation and analysis of the data submitted by the region's Country HRs to ensure annual merit review (ICR) and other compensation activities are aligned with the Group's global and regional guideline,
- support communication in regional level as well as within the regional office
- Benefits Provide the full spectrum support on the employee benefits programs including Retirement, Medical, Life & Accident, Travel insurance etc. in the region
- review, benchmark and evaluation & optimize existing programs/ policies and make recommendation as needed
- support regional MH / LVMH employee benefits program projects
- Market survey Assist in monitor and ensuring competitiveness of the Company's C&B strategy
- take ownership of conducting internal and external benchmarking (market survey, inter-group benchmark activities etc.)
- track the latest market trends and developments;
- recommend improvements to current policies and practice
- Mobility Support international and regional mobility programs
- prepare packages proposal that is in line with global policy, comply with local regulations and laws (Social Insurance, Tax etc.)
- maintain good quality of mobility data, follow up mobility related compensations components;
- work closely with tax consultants for tax equalization or host country tax support etc.
- Budget & other reports
- support Regional C&B Manager on HR budget and people cost analysis for both regional office and APAC region
- Regional C&B Projects and initiatives Provide professional support to regional Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives as well as other ad-hoc HR duties if necessary
Desired profile
Experience required : Minimum 5 years
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Education: Undergraduate Degree
- Languages: Good verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Professional experience & know how:
- At least 4 years' experience in C&B in retail or MNC environment, preferably from HR consultant firms. Regional HR exposure is preferable.
- Passionate with HR, Sound knowledge of C&B principles and practices Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Familiar with HRIS
- Good knowledge of local labour law and regulations
- Excellent time management, detail oriented & sensitive to numbers with a good analytical thinking
- Mature, a good team player and work independently with minimum supervision to handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with Regional HR community
- Highly adaptable to constant process improvement, and willing to learn
