MISSION STATEMENT
The Veuve Clicquot Associate Brand Manager will lead the development, coordination and execution of key company & marketing team initiatives that support the mission & vision of the organization and support stronger commercial programs with better tools, delivered on time.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Effectively manage both U.S. and Maison produced point-of-sale (POS) to ensure best-in-class visibility in both the on and off-premise. Key responsibilities include:
a. Working with Brand Managers on a clear brief for agencies
b. Briefing creative agencies/freelancers
c. Working with purchasing on briefing suppliers
d. Effectively managing the POSM budget, ensuring spends are in line with set budget
e. Managing orders, allocations
f. Liaising with the Regional Marketing Teams to consolidated their needs and manage their requests
g. Coordinating with Maison on all Maison related POSM
2. Lead the coordination of all Trade Marketing tools. Key responsibilities include
a. Develop all Sell Sheets in liaison with the Brand Managers
b. Create all Activation Guidelines linked to the quarterly programs
c. Develop all e-commerce assets
d. Manage creation of all merchandising guidelines (in-store and windows)
e. Ensure all trade marketing assets are delivered on time
3. Lead the coordination of the Brand Education Program
a. Develop all brand educational tools for sales teams and trade
b. Coordinate with Brand Education teams to ensure content consistency
c. Liaise with Maison to ensure alignment
d. Coordinate all wine ratings
4. General
a. Become a respected player within MHUSA and work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure effective execution of the brand plans.
b. Work effectively in the Region/Maison matrix organization.
c. Be a brand champion
d. Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training, market visits, and frequent customer interactions.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education: Undergraduate Degree required, Graduate Degree Preferred.
Languages: English
Experience and Skills:
>  4+ Years of marketing experience in consumer package/luxury goods environment (understanding of the beverage alcohol industry is a plus).
>  Strong business / commercial orientation. Strong communication skills (verbal. & written.)
>  Strong understanding of brand & sales planning, analyzing and interpreting data.
>  Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage several projects in various stages and adhere to deadlines, attention to detail, customer service oriented, analytical & can work independently.
>  Strong excel and PowerPoint skills required.
>  Experience in luxury industry is preferred, not required.
