Responsible to launch and run our new innovative store concept in the heart of the city, you will contribute to revolutionize the brand’s retail approach. Acting as a brand ambassador in your market, your main duties are:
- To support the Store Manager in the efficient running of the store on a day to day basis
- Monitoring and reporting sales information to head office
- Ensuring store team maximise sales by effectively managing resources and by providing a high quality of service to all customers
- Achieving and maintaining mystery shopper targets
- Support the Manager to continuously develop store practices and customer service levels
- Checking stock levels on a regular basis and reporting to head office
- Reporting any stock or security issues, and fraudulent activity to the relevant members of Management
- Key holder for store with call out responsibility
- Opening and closing store and ensuring all the team are aware, and follow the security procedures to ensure minimum security risk
- Implement and promote effective working practices resulting in a safe and efficient working environment
- Merchandising displays and ensuring high standards are maintained within the store
- Ensure accounting procedures are followed and reported timely and accurately
- Following finance policies and regulations in relation to cash payments and VAT refund claims
- Management and administration of internal till and stock systems
- Support the planning and managing of staff rota’s, overtime, holidays and monitoring sickness and report to HR and Retail Operations Manager on a frequent basis
- Support recruitment, training and inductions
- Provide support to other retail outlets when necessary (occasional cover may be required) 
- Support relationships and negotiations with store suppliers, agencies and central management
- Attend retail team meetings in Store Managers absence (occasional travel required)
- Attend and contribute to retail events
- Implement brand training plans and support the development of brand knowledge within the team
- Motivating and development of the team
- Support and collaborate with sales, marketing and trade marketing teams to achieve brand plans, objectives and successful in store events.
- Provide in-store aftersales service working with the aftersales teams to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Support, adhere to and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
Education:
- GCSE minimum level qualification
- Retail management training (desirable)
Professional Experience:
- Retail management/supervisory experience in a similar or luxury industry
- Proven sales results and achievement of objectives
- Proven experience of effectively managing/supervising a team including performance management (desirable)
- Experience of working with a Head Office and various functions.
- Responsibility of managing a store in the store managers absence
- Experience of analysing data and producing reports
