PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- To supervise a team in providing full spectrum of service in Compensation and Benefit function for Hong Kong P&C Divisions
- To lead, manage and deliver C&B operations and projects efficiently and effectively
- To act as a C&B consultant for business units in compensation planning and other compensation related issues that affect the business strategies
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead and supervise a team in providing all C&B services to Perfumes & Cosmetics Divisions in Hong Kong Local Market, including but not limited to payroll management, salary review, staff cost budgeting, compensation proposals, retirement schemes, insurance benefits, bonus/ incentive schemes, annual taxation, etc.
- To ensure accurate payment administrations as well as up-to-date HR system record maintenance
- To drive new and prepare regular Compensation and Benefit analysis report for Management review.
- To plan and coordinate market Compensation and Benefit survey participation, compile and analyze survey data, for keeping abreast of market practices and latest external pay trend
- To resolve C&B related inquiries and response to Management and employees in a timely manner
- To support the HR system enhancement and development
- To involve and support in ad-hoc C&B projects and initiatives
- To monitor and ensure C&B process and services are complied with regulatory requirements
- To participate in ad-hoc project as assigned by management and Headquarter

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder with minimum 6 years' solid relevant working experience in payroll administration, taxation and other C&B related experience preferably in retail industry or sizable international organization
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong and Macau
- Well-organized and eyes to details
- Good team player with commitment to quality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight schedule
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with all levels of staff
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office Application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources Information System
