LVMH Fragrance Brands (Givenchy & Kenzo) is looking for a VIE for the Travel Retail team located in Moscow.
Within the Travel Retail Europe-Africa team, the Sales coordinator reports to an Area Manager.
Assist one (or several) Area Manager in the day to day follow-up of the area with constant objective to :
- Optimize the reliability of information given by the sale department to the client and provide a high quality service
- Be an efficient interface between the Travel Retail department and the other intern departments and the brands (Parfums Givenchy & Kenzo Parfums)
Your essential duties :
- Register and follow up the orders (products, POSM…): order taking, quota management, transmissions and traking to the sales administration department, communication of the due dates to the clients
- Follow the marketing plan : follow the forecast and the left-over for quota references
- Follow clients/Agents requests and make sure that a qualitative answer is given to each one of them
- Communicate each new information to the clients : price listing, products delivery availabilities, brief on each new products or offers
- Deal with assets and unpaid debts
- Maintain a meticulous follow-up of the expenses : invoices traking, commitments and budgets
- Be the key contact with the Agents (information, requests, visuals & materials)
- Prepare and input datas for results follow up (sell-in, sell-out) with the appropriate software (Orion, SAP)
- Participate to the day to day administrative tasks of the department: mails, phone calls…
Profile :
Bachelor or degree in International Sales.
Fluent in English, Russian and French
Microsoft Office
