Luxury Stay Group trading as Smart Stay London is a rapidly expanding company which manages a growing number of serviced apartments in London. We specialise in providing extended stay apartments for corporate and leisure guests coming to London as a result of relocation, secondment, exhibitions, long-term projects or just the ideal vacation.

Managing Director & Marketing team
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm,
Main Responsibilities Include:
- To carry out day to day sales tasks in support of the sales plan
- To implement & execute marketing activities to achieve the marketing goals
- Working as a team, brain storming & generating new marketing ideas & activities that will achieve the marketing goals
- To develop and manage outbound marketing campaigns to generate sales leads.
- To design & create marketing content for all communications with the marketing team, such as research, gather information, create, write, proof read & print
- To produce regular marketing reports to test and measure the results of marketing activities & analyse for improvements
- Identify potential marketing partnership opportunities for the business
- To monitor key competitor activity & market evaluations to identify marketing opportunities
- General administrative duties to ensure the day to day business runs effectively
- Additional projects agreed to meet your personal internship & development goals
Desired profile
Person Specification:
- The candidate may have some knowledge or interest in some area of sales or marketing or business or real estate but full training will be provided
- Highly presentable and personable
- IT skills including word processing, database, spreadsheets and email
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisation and planning skills,
- Self-motivated proactive approach and ready to use initiative
- Reliable and committed
- Flexible, positive and professional attitude.
- Own car is preferred but not essential
- This is an unpaid position
- Travel expenses will be paid, in addition there will be a commission paid for properties sourced
