Luxury Hub is a rapidly expanding company which manages a growing number of properties in London and Manchester. We specialise in providing luxury homes for young professionals.

Work Alongside:

Managing Director, Finance & Operational team

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm,

Main Responsibilities Include:

- Working on the accounting systems
- Ledger control, payment collections, maintaining records, processing refunds
- Working on Cost Accounting, utility management, cost management and negotiating with suppliers,
- Working with Bank Reconciliation;
- Preparing monthly / bi-monthly business review information
- Working with the monthly P&L;
- Monitoring costs and sales value;
- Other Accounting & Financial Strategic related activities that may be asked of you in relation to the business;
- Book keeping, purchase ledger and sales ledger management;
- Checking invoices
- General administrative duties to ensure the day to day business runs effectively
- Additional projects agreed to meet your personal internship & development goals

Desired profile

- A degree or qualification in an adequate area (Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Management Studies, Business Activities, etc.);
- A self motivated hands on proactive approach when dealing with clients and suppliers;
- Ability to prioritize your workload and following the company culture of going beyond what’s expected;
- Capability of working individually and as part of a team;
- Strategic and innovative thinking;
- Highly presentable and personable;
- IT skills including word processing, database, spreadsheets and email;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Good organisation, time management and planning skills;
