Edited by Simon de Burton, the site has gained an impressive following amongst millions of luxury consumers and numerous luxury brands including the likes of Rolex, McLaren, Bentley, Vertu and Audemars Piguet.

We are now approaching our most exciting phase of development will shortly be launching LUXIOS - a subscription service for the world’s most affluent consumers offering comprehensive independent editorial and an online luxury store supported by personal shopping advisors.

At launch our 50,000+ members will all have a personal net-worth of least £7m.

The Role

We are seeking experienced and ambitious Media Sales Professionals to join our rapidly growing team and to share in our success.

You will be talking to brands that wish to carry out highly targeted advertising within specific categories or those wanting to showcase their products within the exclusive Luxios online store - many will do both. The start of 2016 represents a unique opportunity for our luxury brand clients to secure prime positions and participate in all the launch activities.

Candidates

Suitable candidates will be passionate about the luxury sector and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will meet with clients and their agencies on a daily basis and enjoy making new contacts. You will be naturally at ease and able to engage and hold the attention of luxury brand owners and experienced industry executives.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Securing commercial partnerships with major brands and their agencies to meet and exceed personal targets.
  • Develop and maintain an effective pipeline of new and existing clients using a proprietary CRM system
  • Forecast revenues and develop a business plan to grow net revenue for partnerships and exceed targets set for the financial year.
  • Work closely with the account managers, personal shopping advisers and the editorial team to raise awareness about partnerships and opportunities within the business

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be professional and likeable
  • Be highly driven and motivated by success
  • Have a media /event sales background (preferably online but not essential)
  • Have established UK luxury client/agency relationships
  • Have excellent organisational, negotiation and presentation skills
