Implementation Consultant CEE (m/f)

Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting opportunity. Currently we are increasing our Professional Service Team in Vienna and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant. From scoping a project to feeding into account management, the Implementation Consultant follows the entire project lifecycle of successfully rolling out our ETWeb talent management system. The main goal is delivering the product on time, on budget, to a high specification and to the joint satisfaction of clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Responsible for successful implementation of our ETWeb™Enterprisesolution, as well as offering support for new and existing customers
Lead projects and implementations from initiation to the Go-Live phase
Oversee the timely delivery for all implementations ensuring that the scope and budget expectations are met
Analyze/understand customer requirements/existing business processes in workshops; assist the customer in defining improved business solutions based on the application functionality and preparing documentation.
Responsible for verification and testing of implemented customized solutions
Must be comfortable holding training sessions for small and medium-sized groups
Building new and maintaining existing customer relationships

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering is required
Strong technical background, including databases, IT infrastructure and security
Experience of working within system configuration, business processes and procedures
Programming experience within MS SQL Server, HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus
PRINCE 2/PMI certification is a plus
The ability to work analytically and in a structured way in the execution of all work tasks
The ability to manage changing priorities, to lead multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure with short deadlines
Exceptional communication skills and skilled at customer service
The ability to analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements
As our software focuses on strategic HR and Talent Management, experience within HR processes is an advantage
Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and oral
3+ years’ experience of working within IT or HR with a focus on IT systems, IT projects or implementation of HR modules in ERP systems, for instance
