For our office in Düsseldorf we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated
Account Manager (m/f)
The role involves the management of our existing customer base. The focus will be on:
Pro-actively and regularly contact the existing customer base to increase the use of our product range through upselling/cross selling
Management of contract renewals
Responsibilities
- Lead the international Legal Team
- Management of a defined number of Lumesse Customers (account portfolio)
- Regularly engage with Customers across the Account portfolio to support their sustainable usage of our systems
- Create opportunities for upsell and cross sell to the account portfolio
- Manage contract renewals in a timely fashion
- Be part of the CEE regional Account Management Team focusing on enterprise business
- Ensure that the account management activities are proper administered and documented
Requirements
- Min. 2 years Account Management or Sales experience
- Continuous, demonstrable sales success in the management and development of a customer base
- Self-confidence on the phone
- German native and English fluent language skills
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills, initiative and perseverance
- Good MS Office skills and a familiarity with Outlook and the Internet. Ideally experience of salesforce.com
- High sales orientation and goal-and resultsoriented approach
- HR-Knowledge and or Knowledge of HR software industry would be an advantage
