ludlowthompson, an independent market leading London Lettings and Estate Agent are looking for Service Administrators to join our new & growing central services support team based in our central Apex Office, Worcester
Duties are varied, supporting the whole business so enabling the ability to gain and insight into various roles in the company offering further growth and development. They will include :
Customer Service Feedback Calls to a variety of customers,
Marketing tasks, Health & Safety related document management
Incoming and outgoing post & other general administration duties,
Utilities Management, Property Inspection management
General Office Management Support & Overflow Call support
If you have strong communication skills and the ability to multi task this could be the perfect position for you and your first steps into your successful career in property lettings , management and customer services. Previous experience of working in the industry is not required.
This role would be suitable for apprenticeships in either Customer Services or Business Administration, and should you be interested we already work with apprenticeship schemes to be able to support this. Other industry specific training is also provided leading to a recognised NFOPP ( ARLA) qualification.
