Graduate Trainee Negotiator for London Estate Agent £30k package

Job description

OTE £30K first year, with company car, commission and monthly bonus scheme, plus first class training scheme.

We are looking for bright, ambitious graduates to come and join our lettings and sales team. We have a number of vacancies across London, including Dulwich, City, Acton and Wimbledon, and you would be working in a branch as close to home as possible.

We employ strong, driven individuals with the motivation to be able to take the business forward. Some sales experience is essential, plus a desire to offer first-class customer service. Direct experience in lettings or property sales would be desirable, but not essential as we offer gold-standard training and development to the right candidates. More important is ambition, the desire to earn a high salary and commitment to hard work. You will have graduated within the last few years and are now looking to ramp up your career and salary earnings within an innovative and dynamic environment. Graduates from 2015 are also very welcome to apply if you have some sales/customer service experience.

Candidate Requirements:

Candidates need to show evidence of the following personal qualities and skills:

A confident and outgoing manner;

Commercial awareness and the ability to achieve sales targets;

Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal;

Customer service focus;

Determination, perseverance, and patience;

An understanding of marketing techniques;

IT skills;

A smart, business-like appearance at all times.

Plus a full manual driving licence

Competitive basic salary of £15k pa plus commission, bonus scheme, mobile phone and company car. First Year OTE £30k, including generous awards and prizes scheme. Profit share after first year of service.
