Salary up to £25k + 3% flexible benefits + on target bonus of 5% + contributory pension
THE ROLE

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be to administer, configure and support software across the business. This includes customer letter templates and process flows for accounts and Sharepoint sites.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ESSENTIAL
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
NICE TO HAVE
Knowledge of basic SQL or Crystal Reports
Experience of structured process and workflow methodologies
Experience of SharePoint 2013 administration
Experience with any of the Lowell applications: Caseflow, Blaze Advisor, SQL Server
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate calibre within an I.T or Finance discipline or graduate calibre with collections and finance systems experience or qualified by experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Software Configuration Manager your responsibilities will include:-
• Involvement in day to day operation and maintenance of configuration tables & business rules
• Build and maintain letter templates as defined by the business
• Troubleshoot data related user queries & provide application support to the business
• Configure new account flow logic according to the needs of the business
• Involvement with the day to day administration of SharePoint
• Liaise with other IT personnel, operational Group Team Leaders and third parties.
• Participation in projects as required
