Interior Stylist Assistant / PA

Job description

London Home Staging is a small successful staging business whereby we dress properties to maximise their selling potential. We work closely with estate agents and private clients on residential interior projects.

We are seeking a London-based Junior designer to join the team as an interior styling assistant and PA. The successful applicant will be part of both the styling and administrative sides of the company, assisting on all areas of each project from concept to completion.

Along side managing projects on site this role will also include helping with the day to day running of the office. Administration, accountancy, managing clients orders and projects, creating mood boards, arranging orders, keeping business relationships, organising payments and arranging the on site team, and keeping our inventory system up to date.

It is a hands-on position which means the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and have a willingness to get stuck in and a strong interest in interiors. Due to the nature of the business, you will often be required to travel to properties across London, rather than be based in an office.

With the potential of a full time paid position, we would ask all successful candidates to work 2-3 month internship as a trail and training period before selection.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a passion for styling interiors who can understand the process from inception to completion and think outside the box. The right candidate must also be eager to learn how an interior business works, the logistics and administration side of things.

We will looking for a someone who has had experience with interiors and basic administrative skills.

Any qualifications in Interior Design or similar topics are brilliant. Any Business and or marketing experience is also sort after.
