Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £15K basic - OTE £35K (uncapped). Several top performers earning £70-80K.

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will provide quality mortgage and protection advice over the telephone.
Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor Responsibilities:
• Achieving sales targets by providing expert advice backed up by excellent customer service
• Working in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Gaining professional qualifications. We require you to pass CeMap 1,2 and 3 exams within 2 years of starting. Funding is provided for these.
Personal Specification:
• Maths & English GCSE grade "C" or above
• Previous sales experience ideal
• CeMap / CeFa level 1 exam would be a bonus
• Degree education preferable though not essential
• Hard-working self-starter attitude
Package:
• A salary of 15K basic with an OTE of 35K (uncapped) but top advisors earned over £70-80K in 2014.
• Company pension available
• Company private health insurance after completion of probation
