Job description

We are recruiting for an Area Administrator to join us in Warrington. This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week for an initial 3 month contract.

Our Area Administrators role is to maximize quality of service provided to Lloydspharmacy customers by supporting the coordination of pharmacist cover in areas of responsibility and to provide excellent clerical and excellent support to Area Managers & field support

Key Responsibilities


  • To provide routine and ad hoc stats and MI as requested by Area Manager within the agreed timelines.

  • To maintain an accurate record of pharmacist leavers and starters in area(s) of responsibility and report on a monthly basis

  • To provide excellent administrative support to Area Managers/Field Support Team

  • To support operational effectiveness of area(s) of responsibility by providing requested administrative support to AM

  • To coordinate resource, documentation, venue or area meetings to support AM in effective communication with pharmacies in area(s) of responsibility

  • To acquire Pharmacy KPI information on weekly basis to include - NHS and OTC figures and report to AM


Experience


  • Proven experience in resource planning / resource coordination preferred

  • Proven experience in providing customer service / administrative support

  • Good knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong administration experience
