Motorcycle Parts Advisor / Customer Service

Job description

Two candidates are required to join a busy and fast growing company. As one of our Parts Advisors, you will be expected to maximise sales of parts and accessories whilst upholding our excellent customer service record. You will also be assisting in other aspects of the business such as our bikes sales and aftercare. You should be computer literate, possess a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills. A basic technical knowledge of motorcycles/scooters is required as is the willingness to learn and adapt.

We are the largest importer of Chinese motorcycles, scooters and spare parts in the UK, established in 2003. We operate from 3 warehouses close to Exeter with a total shelf space of 120,000 sq/ft where we process over 2000 orders every week. We have over 120 dealers around the UK distributing our bikes in the brand names of Lexmoto and Pulse Motorcycles of which we ensure a full spares back up. We also distribute spare parts for all motorcycles (including Japanese and European models) all over the UK and to all other major EU countries. Our parts and accessories are sold through our website www.chinesemotorcyclepartsonline.co.uk as well as operating as a 'Power-Seller’ on both eBay and Amazon. With over 71,000 parts in stock and growing, you can be sure that our extensive range of parts and accessories, coupled with our outstanding customer service record and determination, will keep as the No.1 supplier.

£15k - £18k; 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday); 28 days annual paid holidays.
