Main Goal

This position of Local Product Promoter (LPP) will support the development and promotion of Vilmorin-Mikado vegetable seeds in Russia.

Job description

Main Responsibilities: 

·       Allocate the availability of seed samples of each variety for the development trials.

·       Schedule, coordinate and implement development trials.

·       Evaluate the trials and make regular reports to the Manager.

·       Follow and update product registrations.

·       Provide technical support locally for Vilmorin-Mikado as well as HMClause activities, and preserve a good relationship with distributors

·       Analyze the market trends and collect market data.

·       Organize promotional events developed and conducted for the benefit of both direct and indirect clients. Organize market visits for clients.

·       Establish, monitor, implement and roll out of the annual external communication plan in line with the global external communication department requirements.

·       According to the positioning given by the marketing, develop the selling advantages at the local level.

 

Skills: what we expect of you

·  Educational background in Agriculture, Agronomy or similar, good knowledge of plant environment
·  Experience in Seed industry will be a strong advantage
·  Strong communication skills - (negotiation, reporting etc)
·  Proactive and dynamic with good time management skills
·  Fluent Russian and Professional level of English
·  Advanced / Professional user of main IT tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook etc

 

·  This position requires a valid Driving License 
·  Preferred area of residency is Krasnodar or Volgograd
·  You will be expected to travel frequently inside the country
