SUPPORT FUNCTIONS - HR
Main Goal
Support the local HR team in daily operations and projects to improve the employee experience throughout the employment cycle.
Job description
1.Recruitment
- Create content and post job advertisements.
- Support candidate searching via various channels, including job boards, social media.
- Carry out candidate screening for junior positions.
- Update candidate/ employee database
- Participate in the organization of employer branding events.
2.Training
- Coordinate the organization of internal and external training programs, including logistic arrangement.
- Collect and consolidate training feedback and create reports
3. HRIS
- Monitor and update the personnel e-files
- Act as HR Administrator in the time attendance management system
- Generate reports on the workforce data, movements, etc. as required
4. Other tasks
- Support other routine tasks, including monthly HR reports, and safety reports.
- Assist in the publication of company newsletters and HR posts on Yammer and MS Teams channels.
- Support internal communication's activities of company such as social wellbeing committee activities, holiday, company week….
- Participate in various projects
Skills: what we expect of you
- Final year student or fresh graduates, preferably major in HR, Administrative management, or related field
- Well organized and clear communication
- Ability to use basic design software (canva, photoshop,,,)
- Ability to handle information with discretion.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English (advantage)
