Responsibilities

The Global Statistical Sciences Division of Eli Lilly and Company anticipates having a number
of internship positions available for the summer of 2016. The internships start in either May or June 2016 and last 12 weeks.

We will provide you with practical experience and give you the opportunity to build your
understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Eli Lilly and Company during your Internship.

The successful candidates will be assigned specific projects to work on under the guidance of a Sr. Statistician/Research Scientist (mentor) in one of our varied research areas.

Additional Information

· All interns will be considered for full-time positions based on their performance over the course of their summer internship.
· Lilly arranges various intern activities including sporting events, dinners, lunch and learns, etc. to provide opportunities for socializing, professional development, and learning more about Lilly.

Basic Qualifications

· PhD students with at least three years of completed graduate work
· Strong SAS/R programming skills
· Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Eli Lilly and Company does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B status) for this employment position.
