£17,000 + Bonus & Benefits
37.5 Hours per week
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 19:00 Friday: 10:00 - 16:00

Seeking a confident, technically minded Customer Service / Retentions Advisor who thrives for success and high earnings to join our growing group of Customer Service professionals. At Home Emergency Assist our team prides itself on helping landlords and homeowners across the UK gain the best deal available on their home emergency cover.
As the successful Retentions Advisor you will liaise with existing policy holders, understand their requirements and put them first. Through using the skills gained during our Training Academy process your aim is to retain the customer’s relationship with the business and our products.
Key skills and experience required

Experience in working within a regulated Customer Service or Call Centre environment

Strong ability to hit and exceed both individual and team targets

Strong communication and Customer Service skills

Work well both as part of a team and on own initiative
- IT literate including MS Package
